I am so proud of you. You decided to heal your pain and start therapy. Taking this step is hard and YOU DID IT. During this step, we will start to figure out what’s going on and take active steps toward healing.

The goal of therapy - when you have gained choice/authority over what impacts you. Your hurts don’t hurt as much if at all. You are able to heal on your own. Congratulations! Go be great.
